How it's done today

Vehicles stop at the entrance and pay for parking,
with cash or credit card.
Pre-paid permits may be validated.
A ticket is given to the customer to display on dash

Clancy Vision

Vehicles are directed to enter throug to camera location. Each vehicle and license plate is scanned and validated against pre-paid permits.
Customers without pre-paid permits are directed to a area where a card is distributed with instructions as to how to purchase a permit. All vehicles are directed to parking.
